
Erie Premier Sports is excited to offer a fun, multi-sport, summer camp for your children ages 5 – 12. This action packed summer camp is loaded with indoor and outdoor activities providing campers a chance to remain active this summer while discovering new interests, creating new friendships, and most importantly having FUN!
The Summer Day Camp provides an active, cooperative environment to promote athletic and social development. The camp program focuses on teaching skills through playing games and activities. This helps mask the learning process, allowing campers to have fun and develop skill naturally.

Registration Process
Step 1: Submit the Family Registration
Complete one registration per family. On this form you will submit parent information, camper information, select the weeks of camp, and select early drop-off or late pick-up options. You may register up to 5 children per family.
Step 2: Create the Family Billing Account
Create one billing account per family. In this system you will enter a credit card or e-check method of payment.
$85.00 per family is due upon creation of your billing account. This deposit will be applied towards your total camp bill. The deposit is non-refundable after June 1.
After billing is submitted, our Camp Director will create your camp invoices. Payments options are: 1) Payment in Full, or 2) Weekly Invoices. To receive Early Payment Discounts, families must pay in full prior to the discount dates listed. Our Camp Director will typically update your billing account invoices within 72 hours of registration.
*If after registration or during the summer, you wish to change the number of camp weeks, camp dates, or add-ons, our Camp Director will work with each family to ensure your invoices are adjusted accordingly.
Step 3: Submit the Waiver and Medical Release Forms
Download the required Camper Waiver and Medical Release Form. This 2-page form must be submitted prior to the start of camp. One form is required for each camper.

What to Bring
- A bagged lunch, snack, and drink. Meals will not be provided.
- Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks.
- Sunscreen, athletic shoes, water bottle, and a bag to keep all belongings together.
- Drinking fountains are available to refill water bottles.
- All sports equipment will be provided.
Elizabeth Jaeger, Camp Director
Our Camp Director has helped with various youth and sport camps over the past few years with the Oil City YMCA and Camp Coffman. After graduating from Edinboro University with a Sports and Recreation Administration degree, she has been working at Erie Premier Sports as the Assistant Operations Director and Tots Soccer head coach.
Elizabeth’s organizational skills and involvement will ensure that your child receives the daily attention he or she needs to enjoy the greatest summer camp experience!
The camp counselors will be made up of both males and females who have recently graduated from high school or current college athletes. These counselors are carefully chosen based on organizational and personality traits that will enable every child to feel safe and comfortable during their camp experience.
