Erie Premier Sports and Navigators Lacrosse provides a training program for players looking to increase their development, regardless of current skill level or previous playing experience.
Our mission is to provide players with continuous lacrosse training throughout the year. We take pride in developing athletes by providing them with as many opportunities as possible. We strive not only to grow the talent on the field, but also the character and sportsmanship of the players off the field. Navigators Lacrosse provides the best quality coaching in the Erie area with access to both indoor and outdoor lacrosse facilities. Whether your child is beginning to learn the sport or is trying to refine and expand his skills, Navigators Lacrosse will give them the greatest opportunities around. The foundation of the program is constructed of coaches whose mission is to advance the ability and character of today’s player and to grow the sport in the Erie area.

- *Middle School Travel: Limited spots available on the first team. If there aren’t enough registrations for the second team, those players will be moved to Middle School Developmental, and the billing account will be adjusted accordingly.
- ^Grade entering Fall 2020 school year.
- Exact practice dates and times to be announced as the season approaches.
High School Varsity
This level will provide recruiting opportunities for the players through different regional tournaments, and will fine tune the overall skill level and lacrosse IQ of each player. It will prepare players to finish their High School careers and take the next step into collegiate lacrosse. The tournament schedule will expose players to 150+ coaches, and have optional showcases prior to the events. Capped rosters and increased staff will help increase player reps, and improve organization and efficiency at practices and games.
High School JV
This level will introduce most players to travel lacrosse, and will develop the overall skill level and lacrosse IQ of each player. Players will be challenged to participate in higher-level lacrosse training and tournaments. It will prepare players to graduate from JV to Varsity lacrosse. Capped rosters and increased staff will help increase player reps, and improve organization and efficiency at practices and games.
Middle School Travel
This level will provide an opportunity for players to continue playing lacrosse and develop a passion for the sport. Most players have some playing experience, but may not have participated in competitive training, games, or tournaments. Not only will this increase the player’s lacrosse skill, but it will demonstrate how a positive attitude and strong work ethic translates to success on and off the field. Capped rosters and increased staff will help increase player reps, and improve organization and efficiency at practices and games. The goal is to have enough players for two teams.
- Limited spots available on the first team. If there aren’t enough registrations for the second team, those players will be moved to Middle School Developmental, and the billing account will be adjusted accordingly.
Middle School Developmental
This level will introduce most players to a structured lacrosse training program. Regardless of previous playing experience or skill level, this level will develop technical and tactical lacrosse skills. No travel is required for this level.
