Soccer Specific Speed, Agility, and Power

Erie Premier Sports presents a new soccer-specific fitness program that can take any player’s game to the next level! Using an entirely new approach, Footy Fitness is a comprehensive program that tackles all components of fitness as it relates to the game of soccer. These components of fitness are advantageous to a player’s optimal performance on the field. During the Footy Fitness program, emphasis will be placed upon the following fitness components:

  • Preparation (Warm-Up)
  • Aerobic & Anaerobic Endurance
  • Speed & Agility
  • Power & Plyometrics
  • Stability & Mobility
  • Coordination & Reactivity
  • Strength
  • Recovery

TekEVO’s certified personal trainer and former professional soccer player Evan Beutler will be conducting the sessions. Throughout the ten-week program, training will involve optimizing the three energy systems:

  • Aerobic System
  • Anaerobic System
  • Phosphocreatine System
