Registration & Payment Plan

The online registration system will be used to create your billing account. Each person travelling (including players, parents, and family members) must submit an individual registration. You will be able to choose automatic credit card or e-check options for payment.

The following payment plan will be set.

Cost: $3,000.00 per person

Payment 1 (non-refundable) upon registration $300.00
Payment 2 July 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 3 August 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 4 September 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 5 October 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 6 November 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 7 December 15, 2017 $300.00
Payment 8 January 15, 2018 $300.00
Payment 9 February 15, 2018 $300.00
Payment 10 March 15, 2018 $300.00

Please note: If you register after July 15, all previously due amounts will be charged immediately. 

For example:

  • Registering on July 20. The $300 registration payment, and the $300 payment due July 15 will be charged immediately.
  • Registering on August 20. The $300 registration payment, the $300 payment due July 15, and the $300 payment due August 15 will be charged immediately.

Travel Insurance

  • Optional travel insurance is available at an additional cost through outside organizations.
